Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 July 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern use of promptprofit.pro and enrolment in courses offered by Prompt Profit Inc., incorporated in Quebec, Canada. By using our website or enrolling, you accept these Terms.
2. Services description
Prompt Profit provides architected vocational training in AI work skills for professional earning contexts. We teach ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, prompt engineering, AI workflows, and client service delivery through a structured blueprint plate curriculum. We are not investment advisers, wellness coaches, or MLM operators. The .pro domain indicates a learning pathway brand — participants progress through designed income curriculum modules rather than unstructured tool exploration.
Course descriptions on this website are summaries. Detailed plate outlines, schedules, and materials lists are provided upon registration. We reserve the right to update curriculum content to reflect evolving AI tools while maintaining the educational objectives of each plate.
3. Education and income disclaimer
Prompt Profit courses deliver practical AI competencies oriented toward client work, operational efficiency, and service-based professional earning. Credentials issued upon completion attest to your participation in studio training only. We make no promises regarding income levels, profit margins, salary changes, or commercial performance. Outputs from AI platforms may be incomplete or inaccurate — every professional deliverable demands your independent verification. Our programmes constitute skills-based vocational education, not financial planning or securities guidance.
4. Eligibility
Courses are for adults eighteen or older. Enrolment information must be accurate and complete. Corporate enrolments require authorised representatives with authority to bind the organisation. By registering on behalf of a company, you represent that you hold such authority and that the organisation accepts these Terms.
5. Enrolment and payment
Course fees are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Payment is due according to the invoice or checkout terms provided at registration. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule blueprint studio cohorts with reasonable notice and a full refund of fees paid for the affected programme. Indicative price ranges on our website are subject to change; confirmed fees apply at the time of enrolment. Group and corporate rates may differ from published plate fees — always refer to your signed quote or registration confirmation for binding amounts.
6. Refund and cancellation policy
For live blueprint studio cohorts: cancellations more than fourteen days before the start date receive a full refund minus a C$50 administration fee. Cancellations within seven to fourteen days receive a 50% refund or credit toward a future cohort within twelve months. Cancellations within seven days of start are non-refundable. For self-paced modules: refunds are available within seven days of purchase if less than 20% of content has been accessed. Corporate contracts are governed by the specific agreement signed by both parties. To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your enrolment details and plate selection.
7. Intellectual property
All course materials, website content, logos, blueprint plate structures, and design elements are owned by or licensed to Prompt Profit Inc. Enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access materials for your own learning during the enrolment period. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share course materials without written permission. Capstone portfolio work you create remains yours; we may request permission to display anonymised examples for promotional purposes.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse our website or systems; submit false or misleading information; harass instructors or other participants; use course access to promote MLM schemes, get-rich-quick programmes, or unrelated commercial offers; scrape or automated-collect website content; or violate applicable laws including Canadian anti-spam legislation (CASL). We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
9. AI tool usage during courses
Participants may use third-party AI tools during studio practicum exercises. You are responsible for your own tool subscriptions where required and for compliance with each provider's terms of service. We do not warrant the accuracy of AI-generated output. You agree to verify all AI-assisted work before submitting it to clients or employers and to disclose AI assistance where ethically or contractually required.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Quebec law, Prompt Profit Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, and instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or courses, including loss of income, business interruption, or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid for the specific programme giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prompt Profit Inc. from claims arising from your misuse of course materials, your violation of these Terms, or your AI-assisted client work outside the scope of our training relationship.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec, sitting in Montreal. Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting [email protected].
13. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and PIPEDA. By using our services, you acknowledge that policy.
14. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control — including natural disasters, utility outages, public health restrictions, or third-party platform failures affecting AI tool demonstrations. Where studio delivery is materially disrupted, we will offer rescheduled sessions or pro-rata refunds in accordance with applicable BC consumer protection principles.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Material changes affecting enrolled participants will be communicated by email where practicable. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by Quebec law. If you disagree with revised Terms after enrolment, you may request a pro-rata refund for unused studio sessions in accordance with our refund policy section above.
16. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction in Quebec, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms together with your registration confirmation and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement regarding website use and course enrolment unless a separate signed corporate contract explicitly overrides specific provisions.
